This whipped Feta recipe comes from our friends at Formaggio Kitchen, a culinary institution of Cambridge, and one of the first stores to carry our herbs. You might not find it at Formaggio’s deli counter, since their chef Edoardo developed it years ago. However, it’s quite easy to prep at home, and it makes a very nice starter that will keep well in the fridge for several days. The potency of our herbs makes all the difference here!
