Where We Ship

We deliver to Greece, as well as many countries across the world, including the EU, UK, Canada, United States and Australia. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Order Tracking

All shipments are traceable and registered. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified by email to the address that you provided during the checkout process, so that you’ll be able to track your order online.


Online orders leave our warehouse within 3 workdays from the order confirmation. Working days are Monday to Friday, National holidays excluded.

We offer Standard and Express shipping options. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and way of shipping.

All shipments are trackable. Orders ship via Standard Service (tracking provided) unless differently stated or requested. You can choose your preferred service Standard or Express at checkout.   

Unclaimed Parcels

In case the delivery times are surpassed and you haven’t received your order, please contact us in a timely manner, in order to avoid unwanted returns to the sender.
If our shipping partner doesn’t find you, a notice will be left and you should contact them to reschedule the delivery, or to arrange a pick-up. It is the receiver’s responsibility to make use of the notice left, and reschedule the delivery of the parcel.
In the case of a Returned parcel, and only following receipt of the package back to our address:

  • We can implement a second delivery, only if the buyer agrees to cover the cost of a second shipment.
  • We can reimburse the amount of the order, excluding the shipping fees.

Standard: €4,90 – 1/3 workdays (via Courier)

Standard: €7,90 – 5 workdays (via Courier)
Express: €14,90 – 1/2 workdays (via Express Courier)

Standard: €9,90 – 5 workdays  (via Post)
Express: €15,90 – 1/2 workdays (via Express Courier)

USA + Rest of the World
Standard: $9,90 – 10/15 workdays (via Post)
Express: $15,90 – 1/2 workdays (via Express Courier)

Shipping is Free, for orders over €80 in Europe and over $/£150 in the UK and the rest of the world. Orders over $150 towards the USA, ship via Express at no additional cost

Incorrect Delivery Details

The goods are delivered to the address indicated by the purchaser during the checkout process. The information set out by the purchaser at the time the order is placed is binding upon the purchaser. In the event that the details you submitter are not correct, we cannot be held responsible for unsuccessful deliveries.
In the case of an incorrect address making delivery impossible, and only following receipt of the package back to the vendor’s address:

  • We can implement a second delivery, if you agree to cover the shipping costs
  • We can reimburse the amount of the order, excluding the shipping charges.

If upon placing an order you realise that the delivery details you submitted are incorrect, please contact us immediately via email, providing your order number. If still possible, we will adjust your shipment.

In-store pickup

You have the option to collect your order from our studio without any charges. You can choose the pickup option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email from us. If you wish to collect immediately, please add a note to your order, to be processed accordingly. In-store pickup is available during our regular opening hours.


It is not possible to edit orders once they have been confirmed. Any additional items you may wish to add will need to be placed as a new order. It may be possible for us to cancel an order or to allow you to replace it as you wish, providing that it has not already been dispatched. To cancel or edit an order that has been confirmed, please send us an email at your earliest convenience.

Returns and Refunds

Given the nature of our products, returns or refunds are only possible for faulty items. The purchaser has a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery to request a refund. In the case of damaged goods, please contact us via email and make sure to include images of the damage to help us assist you with the reimbursement. Especially for parcels damaged during transit, we can only process refunds upon receiving images of the damage. Reimbursement will take place within 2 days from resolution. After a reimbursement has been submitted, your credit card issuer will process the refund to your account. Processing times can vary between card issuers.
